Fincas are usually only a few minutes from the village or the city where you have all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, health centers, veterinarians, banks and much more.
Today there are many different styles and many Fincas have been restored and maintained constant in order to maintain the quality of the house or to increase it.
